Write from the Heart
My simplest suggestion for truly good writing to all authors is this: Write always from the heart.
Once you begin to think too hard about how you want to write something, it becomes harder to get it right--first worry about what you want to say, and think later about how you want to say it. Let the words flow from your heart to the pencil, or the keyboard, and see what you can create. Give your writing some direction -- once you've set your course, run on until you see the sun set, and the work is done.
